Peter Rajsingh has taught at NYU since 1991; in addition to Gallatin, he teaches at the Stern School of Business and the College of Arts and Science. His areas of specialty are finance and social theory, corporate governance, business ethics and professional responsibility, U.S. constitutional law, and social and political philosophy. He works at an alternative asset management firm; is on the board of a number of private companies and charitable institutions, including the United Nations Association of New York; and is a trustee of the London-based Loomba Foundation. He is also an annual visiting professor at the Reims Business School in Champagne, France, where he has taught since 1996. Professor Rajsingh received NYU Distinguished Teaching Awards in 1993, 2000, 2001 and 2008.
