| 1/5 Thur. | Undergraduate spring payment due. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in the cancellation of spring classes |
| 1/6 Fri. | Beginning today, all initial registration requires payment within 6 business days |
| 1/16 Mon. | Holiday-- University Closed |
| 1/19 Thur. | Last day to take the colloquium for January 2012 graduation |
| 1/20 Fri. | All requirements for January 2012 degrees must be completed by this day |
| 1/23 Mon. | Spring 2012 classes begin |
| 1/27 Fri. | Last day to submit spring 2012 Internship and Private Lesson proposals (1 Washington Place 8fl) |
| 1/30 Mon. | $50 Late fee assessed for initial spring registration. (Students who are already registered for the spring will not be charged for adding classes) |

| 2/1 Wed. | Last day to submit colloquium registration form for May 2012 graduation |
| 2/3 Fri. | Last day to apply for May 2012 graduation on Albert |
| 2/5 Sun. | Last day of spring 2012 registration on Albert |
| 2/5 Sun. | Last day to drop spring courses and receive 100% refund of both tuition and fees (This deadline does not apply to students who completely withdraw from the semester; visit Office of Bursar for relevant deadlines |
| 2/5 Sun. | Last day of active waitlist; drop all unwanted classes by today |
| 2/6 Mon. | Permission of instructor required to register for a course |
| 2/12 Sun. | Last day to drop a spring course without receiving a "W" on transcript (Must come to Student Services, 1 Washington Place 8fl to drop a course by Friday, 2/10; 4:30pm) |
