Create a degree that encompasses your passions and academic interests.

At Gallatin, our bright, highly motivated students work closely with the School’s faculty advisers to design their individual courses of study that speak to their talents and interests. Undergraduates attend Gallatin’s small, seminar-style classes to develop a solid foundation in critical thinking that they bring to the creation of an outstanding interdisciplinary education. Undergraduate and graduate students alike benefit from being able to take a wide array of courses at the various schools of NYU, and can enhance their understanding of their chosen course of study through internships, independent studies, tutorials, and private lessons in the arts. Located in Greenwich Village, in the heart of one of the world’s great cities, Gallatin offers the best of both worlds: a small-college atmosphere and the wealth of resources of NYU, a leading research institution.
