As a consumer-focused strategist, Martha Olson has led the growth of some of the world’s most recognized and iconic global brands, including Calvin Klein Underwear, Speedo, Ralph Lauren Intimates, and Warner’s. As one of Warnaco’s Corporate Officers and the Group President of Calvin Klein Underwear and the Heritage Brands (Speedo, Chaps, and Warner’s and Olga Intimates), Olson grew her portfolio to over $1.3 billion and was responsible for all organizational functions, including design, merchandising, marketing, sales, supply chain and finance. Prior to joining Warnaco, Olson held leadership positions with Hanes Brands, Inc., responsible for brands including Playtex Intimates, Isotoner, Hanes Hosiery and Ralph Lauren Intimates. Olson’s career began in consumer-packaged goods after receiving her MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.  During this time, she worked with leading brands such as Cheerios, Betty Crocker, Bisquick, and Nestle Toll House. Her strong marketing background has influenced Olson’s consumer approach to branding within the apparel world.
