A respected global leader, seasoned executive, and FTSE 100 board member, Eugenia Ulasewicz is a strong business strategist and operator, with a record of developing innovative solutions for driving growth and profit. She is a visionary thinker with experience managing a billion dollar retail, wholesale, licensed and franchise business and has expertise in multiple areas, including global retail, the business of luxury, brand management, technology, digital and social media marketing.  An almost four decade veteran of the retail industry, Eugenia held senior leadership positions at Burberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, Galeries Lafayette, and Bloomingdale’s.  Most recently, she was President of the Americas for Burberry, the 2 billion pound internationally recognized British heritage luxury brand with a worldwide distribution network.  During her 15 year tenure as President, she led and managed the P & L of one of the three global regions which represented 25% of the total Burberry revenue overseeing retail, outlet, wholesale, e-commerce, licensing and franchise relationships.  She was a Member of Burberry's Executive Committee, which sets the company's global strategic vision and addresses global business issues.  In the spring of 2013, Eugenia stepped away from corporate life to focus on a portfolio of corporate and community boards and advisory engagements.  Eugenia is a Non-Executive Director of Bunzl plc, and Member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees.  Bunzl is a UK-based , FTSE 100, 5.5 billion pound international leading specialist company providing outsourcing solutions and distribution of service and products including procurement and inventory management in 27 countries across the Americas, Europe and Australasia.  Bunzl’s primary customer markets include grocery, food service, cleaning and hygiene, safety, non-food retail and health care.  Her current non-profit Board positions include:  Trustee, The Burberry Foundation, whose mission is to commit its global resources to help young people realize their potential to achieve their dreams and life’s goals through the power of their intellectual creativity;  Vice Chair, Board of Directors, Women In Need (WIN), which provides New York City’s homeless women and their families with safe, clean housing, support,and the skills to be self-reliant;  and Board of Directors, Women’s Forum, Inc, New York’s premiere organization of women leaders comprised of the highest women achievers across all professional sectors from finance to fine arts.
