Still Here (Hogarth, 2016), a novel by Professor Lara Vapnyar, was reviewed in The New York Times Sunday Book Review on August 9, 2016, and was named by The New York Times to their 100 Notable Books of 2016 list.

Vapnyar’s short story “Waiting for the Miracle,” appeared in the April 18, 2016 issue of The New Yorker.

Vapnyar’s book, The Scent of Pine, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2014. Lara Vapnyar’s short story “Virtual Grave” was published in the Winter 2014 issue of the Virginia Quarterly Review. Her short story “Katania” was published in the October 14, 2013 issue of The New Yorker.
