New Subject Areas

Effective Summer 2011, Gallatin course numbers will partially change to adapt to the new software for student records and enrollment.  The part of the course number that will change is the subject area, the 3 digits that appear before the period (for example, "K20"). The chart below lists the current SIS subject area and the new subject area going into effect Summer 2011.

Please note that the remainder of the course number---the 4 digit-number appearing after the period---will remain the same, with one important exception: leading zeros will be dropped (for example, K10.0049 will now become FIRST-UG 49).
