Matt Nolin is a native of Cohoes, NY and a New York University - Gallatin School of Individualized Study Alumni (2010). He is currently a lead designer and production coordinator at video game developer 1st Playable Productions and a Board Member for the Cohoes City School District. At 1st Playable, he has helped develop a number of titles. Recent titles are Disney's Kick Buttowski, Loco Launcho for iPhone/iPad, Moxie Girlz for Nintendo DS, and several educational research projects to help teach math, science, and literacy to middle school students. He is the coordinator for the annual Games in Education Symposium hosted by 1st Playable with support from BOCES and WMHT. Matt is also an avid player of Ultimate Frisbee and participates in area soccer matches. Nolin was deeply involved in the community at NYU and Gallatin by being a IT Technical Assistant, Theatre Technical Assistant (at Gallatin's Jerry H. Labowitz Theatre for the Performing Arts) as well as helping coordinate Gallatin's Theatre Troupe and as vice president for Gallatin's Student Council.
