Asha Talwar is a creative marketer with 10 years of experience launching global beauty brands that move the marketplace. She is regarded as a trend hunter, strategic marketer and beauty enthusiast. Asha has extensive industry-side experience, including marketing roles at global manufacturers such as Estee Lauder, Coty and Clarins.
Currently Asha is the Marketing Director of Prestige Fine Fragrance Accounts at Firmenich, working with some of the most renowned fashion designers and celebrities in the world. She has an eye for innovation, working on product launches for the likes of Estee Lauder, Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang and more. Her areas of expertise include:

Asha is a founding member of the Young Executive Committee at Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and has served on the steering committee for American Ballet Theater’s Junior Council since its inception in 2005.
Asha is a former Radio City Rockette and has a fervent passion for the Arts. She has served on the Strategic Planning Committee for American Ballet Theater’s Junior Council since its inception in 2005 and the Asia Circle planning committee for the Asia Society from 2008-2010. She is a member of the Frick Museum and the Museum of Arts and Design, and supports the young patron events for the MOMA, Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum and the Musée d'Orsay.
Asha has a B.A. in Individualized Study from the Gallatin School at NYU and a M.B.A. in Global Studies and Management from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Fordham.
