here there and EVERYwhere, with the support of the Gallatin Student Resource Fund and the Gallatin Office of Student Life, is proud to bring a live set of performances by NYU students to Washington Square Park at their 2nd annual benefit show: Summer Lovin' 2014.

Performances include:

Michael Persall (Gallatin, 2015) While Michael is a Singer-Songwriter, his music can be described as alternative Pop with soulful influences. His primary musical inspirations are Otis Redding, Jack Johnson, and Bob Marley. He currently attends New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study where he majors in Entertainment Management and minors in TV and Film Production through Tisch School of the Arts.

AJ Smith (Steinhardt, 2014) award-winning songwriter, multi-instrumentalist musician, and off-Broadway performer (What's it All About?), AJ Smith opened for legendary rock band, the Eagles at the Beacon Theatre in New York City in November of 2012. This performance garnered press from the New York Times and Associated Press and helped lead to the success of Smith's New York EP release in April of 2013 to a sold-out crowd at Webster Hall.

Carter Gray Shelter (Steinhardt, 2017) New York City-based singer/songwriter. Competed at the NYU Ultra Violet Live competition in 2013.

and many more!

-------

here there and EVERYwhere (htE) is a nonprofit transparent repurposed goods platform that empowers survivors of economic hardships, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Using ethical design concepts, we provide survivors with vocational training in sewing, embroidery, and crafts to bring new life to discarded items. Survivors are taught entrepreneurial skills to move towards financial independence. Creative expression is the primary method of garnering these skills while a tracking system called htE Dove allows donors and conscience shoppers to track their donations and purchases to learn more about the survivors and establish a lasting relationship.
