Gallatin’s Special Events Office is dedicated to the success of the School’s numerous events, all of which support the academic and creative life of the Gallatin community.

The Special Events Office staff provides event consultation to the Gallatin community and coordinates the scheduling of all School events. Our team helps organizers determine the best locations and set-ups for events and find appropriate resources such as catering, rentals, décor, registration options, partnerships, and publicity. From locating the best space for a small, one-time event to managing a three-day conference, our staff is here to help.
