Please visit the Student Health Center for mandated university Health Requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in exclusion from attending classes 30 days after the first day of class for New York State residents and 45 days after the first day of class for out-of-state and international students.
NYU requires that all students registered in degree-granting programs maintain health insurance. Most students are automatically enrolled in a University health plan. Students must opt to waive out of University health insurance if the student has other health insurance coverage which meets the University requirements.
