Students who hold a bachelor’s degree and who wish to take a Gallatin graduate course as a non-degree student may submit an application for non-degree study. If space permits, non-degree students may choose from Gallatin proseminars or Gallatin graduate elective courses only.
Non-degree applicants must possess the same academic qualifications required for acceptance into a degree program. All applications for non-degree study will be reviewed by the course instructor.
The application and all supporting credentials must be submitted no later than three weeks before the start of classes. Please note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader if you wish to fill out the application online.
Non-degree students are not eligible for scholarships.
Non-degree students may enroll for a maximum of 12 units and must apply each semester to enroll.
Please note: Admission as a non-degree student does not constitute admission to a degree program and does not guarantee enrollment in a particular course.
