Student Arts Showcases

Artists of all kinds thrive at Gallatin, where students are involved in theater, visual arts, music and dance. Gallatin undergraduates and graduate students present their work in a variety of venues: The Gallatin Galleries offer a flexible space for students to exhibit artwork, while theater, dance, and music is staged in the Jerry H. Labowitz Theatre for the Performing Arts. Just two of the events that take place every year are the Master's Thesis Showcase, which demonstrates the accomplishments of our graduate students, and the Gallatin Arts Festival (GAF), a week-long celebration of the artistry and interdisciplinary scholarship of Gallatin students that takes place every April. In addition to many other events and performances, they reflect the rich community of visual and performing artists at Gallatin.
