A showcase of the innovative teaching and learning projects funded by Gallatin’s Teaching-with-Technology Grants. From interactive digital exhibits, archives, and maps, to immersive design portals, to bioluminescent “data scapes,” all of our projects push the boundaries of learning spaces, while fostering student engagement and expanding the learning community into the public sphere.

Panel 1 (4-5pm):

  • Stephen Duncombe, "How Art Works: User-Generated Archive"
  • Jack Tchen and Noah Fuller: "Undergraduate Research, Decolonizing Methodologies & Mapping Subaltern Archives"

Panel 2 (5:15-6:15pm):

  • Rebecca Amato, “(Dis)Placed Histories of South Williamsburg and Bushwick”
  • Louise Harpman, "Digital Design Portal Project"
  • Mitchell Joachim's students: Ayaka Habu and Edmond Theodor Mandin-Lee, “Biotech and Design"
