The NYU Gallatin Diversity Council is committed to building and supporting a culture of inclusion, diversity, belonging, equity and accessibility (IDBEA). Its members, which consist of students, faculty, and administrators, intend to work with key components of the School in order to identify how the community can improve its efforts in IDBEA issues; in order to bring forth recommendations to the Dean; and to create pathways for evaluating the Council's and School's initiatives. The Council will strive to create forums where students and other members of the Gallatin community can voice their concerns.
New York University and Gallatin provide accommodations to people living with disabilities who wish to attend events at the School, whether in person or virtually. To request accommodations or should you have questions regarding accessibility for an event, please contact Gallatin’s Office of Special Events by emailing email@example.com.
