Since its founding 50 years ago, the NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study has been a school like no other in US higher education.
Tracing Gallatin’s history, this exhibition, 50 Years: The Gallatin History Project, is drawn from Gallatin’s archive – a collection of faculty-donated photographs, correspondence, curricula and publications dating back to the school’s establishment in 1972. 50 Years: The Gallatin History Project traces the growth of Gallatin since its origins and opens a space for imagining its continuing evolution.
Entry is free and open to the public.
