Graduate Assistant (GA) Positions

The Gallatin School of Individualized Study is pleased to announce that fully funded Graduate Assistant (GA) positions are available. GAs carry out professional, administrative, and planning responsibilities central to helping the mission of the programs.

These highly selective Graduate Assistant positons are awarded in the fall to a small cohort of incoming graduate students pursuing programs of study at the School that may complement the available opportunities. International students may be considered for the Graduate Assistant positions and are not required to submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

To be considered for an available Graduate Assistant position, you must:

  • be a fall applicant
  • plan to be a full-time student for the duration of the Gallatin MA Program
  • submit the MA application for admission by January 15
  • Submit the FAFSA by March 15, if you are a US citizen or permanent resident
